DESCRIPTION
Physicians can upload lab results in PDF and PNG format that will be summarized by the AI agent, resulting in a ready-to-paste annotation for the EHR.
Used Figma, Lovable, Supabase, and n8n for rapid-validation and launch, compressing the design-to-production cycle and reducing engineering dependency.

Automated LME form completion
DESCRIPTION
Based on the clinical note text input, the AI agent identifies the medication, dosage, and related ICD-10 codes to fill in the LME sections automatically.
The LME form is a critical document requested by the Brazilian Unified Health System to request high-cost or specialized medications.
Errors in the LME often lead to suspension or delay of medication access.
